Shipping & Delivery Policy

Texloom Studio sells digital services and virtual credits — there are no physical products and nothing is shipped by post or courier. This policy explains how your purchases are delivered.

All products on Texloom Studio (subscription plans, credit packs, and AI tool usage) are delivered electronically. We do not ship any physical goods, so no shipping address, courier, or tracking number is involved, and no shipping fees are ever charged.

Purchases are delivered instantly to your account on our platform as soon as your payment is confirmed:

• Subscription plans: activated on your account immediately after successful payment, with the plan's monthly credits added at once.
• Credit packs: the purchased credits are added to your account balance immediately.
• AI tool results: generated and made available in your account (and downloadable) as soon as processing completes.

In the rare case of a payment-gateway delay, delivery completes automatically within a few minutes of the payment being confirmed by our provider.

You can access everything you have purchased by signing in to your account:

• Your current plan and credit balance are shown in your account dashboard.
• Purchase history and GST invoices are available under your Payment History.
• Generated results are available in your account for the retention window of your plan.

If a payment succeeds but your plan or credits are not reflected on your account within a few minutes:

• Refresh your account page — activation is usually near-instant.
• If it still hasn't appeared, contact us at [email protected] with your registered email and payment reference (from Payment History) and we will resolve it promptly.
• If a charge fails, no product is delivered and you are not charged; you can simply retry.
