By accessing or using Texloom Studio ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you disagree with any part of the terms, you may not access the Service.

These Terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who access or use the Service.

To use certain features of our Service, you must register for an account. When you register, you agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information
• Maintain and promptly update your account information
• Maintain the security of your password
• Accept responsibility for all activities under your account
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

Paid Subscriptions:
Some features require a paid subscription. By subscribing, you agree to pay the applicable fees.

Billing Cycle:
Subscriptions are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis, depending on your selected plan.

Credits:
Credits are the currency used to process images. Purchased credits never expire. Monthly plan credits are added fresh each billing cycle.

Cancellation:
You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.

Refunds:
We offer a 7-day money-back guarantee on paid plans. After this period, fees are non-refundable.

Price Changes:
We may change our prices with 30 days' notice. Continued use after price changes constitutes acceptance.

Your Content:
You retain all rights to the images and designs you upload to our Service. By uploading content, you grant us a limited license to process, transform, and display your content solely for the purpose of providing our services.

Our Content:
The Service and its original content (excluding user content), features, and functionality are owned by Texloom Studio and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

Generated Content:
Designs and images generated using our AI tools are your property. You may use them for any purpose, including commercial use.

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Upload content that infringes on intellectual property rights
• Generate illegal, harmful, or offensive content
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
• Interfere with the proper working of the Service
• Use automated systems to access the Service without permission
• Transmit viruses or malicious code
• Collect user information without consent
• Engage in any activity that violates applicable laws

We reserve the right to remove content and suspend accounts that violate these terms.

Responsibility:
You are solely responsible for the content you upload, including ensuring you have the right to use it.

Content Guidelines:
- Do not upload copyrighted material without permission
- Do not upload content containing personal information of others without consent
- Do not upload illegal or offensive content

Removal:
We may remove content that violates these Terms without notice.

Texloom Studio does not currently offer a public API. All tools are accessed through the web application. If API access is introduced in the future, additional terms will apply.

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED.

We do not warrant that:
- The Service will be uninterrupted or error-free
- Results obtained from the Service will be accurate
- The Service will meet your requirements

Your use of the Service is at your sole risk.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, TEXLOOM STUDIO SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING:

• Loss of profits or revenue
• Loss of data
• Business interruption
• Loss of goodwill

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Texloom Studio and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from:

• Your use of the Service
• Your violation of these Terms
• Your violation of any third-party rights
• Content you upload to the Service

We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the Service immediately, without prior notice, for:

• Breach of these Terms
• Conduct that we believe is harmful to other users or our business
• At our sole discretion, for any reason

Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination shall survive.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the Service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Batala, Punjab, India.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of any changes by:

• Posting the new Terms on this page
• Updating the "Last Updated" date
• Sending you an email notification (for material changes)

Your continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
